Slapping is a method of punishing a creature. Slapping a creature tells it that the last action it performed on an object was a bad one, and it will most likely avoid performing that same action on the same type of object in the future. A similar effect can be gained by saying "no", if the creature understands what "no" means.
To slap a creature, click on its bottom.
