The Orange Tree by Mark Boehler will appear on the dock above the submarine cave. Only one orange will grow on the tree at one time. There can be up to 10 oranges in the world before the tree will stop making more.
When an orange is eaten, the norn will experience:

- Glycogen: 50
- Vitamin C: 50
- Energy: 20
- IV Pain Killer: 20
- IV Cough Medicine: 50
