Laura first entered the Creatures Community in mid 2003, long after being introduced to Creatures in 1997. Some may be interested to learn that at first, she did not take to the series. When her mother offered to buy her Creatures 1 whilst at a local games store, she declined. It was only her mother’s insistence that won her over, and two weeks later, she was shamefully hooked.
She also contributes to Creatures Caves as the resident Agony Aunt Columnist, (see Ask Laura) where she dispenses invaluable advice to those who need it.

Laura is yet to produce any agents or COBs, due to the fact that she lacks any knowledge of CAOS, and this does bother her, as she would love to be able to contribute more to the community. That being said, she does want to try her hand at CAOS someday, preferably under someone else's tutelage.
Outside the Community
In September 2007, Laura is set to enroll at the University of Chichester, to study for a BA honours degree in English with Creative Writing. After that, she hopes to write children's literature.

Laura owns three hand made Norndolls, specially designed by Data. The Treehugger Norn Norndoll (shown above) is affectionately named "LauraNorn" and happens to be wearing a replica of Laura's high school prom dress.
