CobCom, written by Lee Gaiteri (a.k.a. LummoxJr), was one of the earliest editors for Creatures 1 COBs, along with Alexander Laemmle's COE. Hand in hand with BMP2SPR, it allowed people to create their own .COB and .SPR files for Creatures 1.
