Bee's Nest

The Bee's Nest on the Capillata in the Norn Meso has a clear encasing around it, keeping the bees inside. However, once the Hand presses the opening, it will let the bees escape. Once a queen bee gets out (she is bigger than the other bees), she can start a new colony.

The Hand can kill off the bees by slapping them, or by getting an agent to do it automatically.
